Set in the Bolesworth Estate in rural Cheshire.

Near to historic Chester, this new quality 300 berth marina opened in April  2009.

Incorporating all the latest technology the secure marina is ideally situated for a choice of idyllic cruising routes.

The marina buildings are heated by renewable energy systems including air source heat pumps and solar panels. We recycle over 70% of our waste.

Wide shallow margins , two nature ponds and an nesting island will provide habitat for a wide variety of aquatic flora and forna.

Black and white “Tudor style” buildings typify the tranquil village of Tattenhall. But don’t be misled, the village is equipped to replenish your boats stores and provide for all your personal needs.

It has:

• A convenience store
• A post office
• Two pubs, both serving food
• Indian and Thai restaurants
• A pharmacy
• A doctors’ surgery
• Quality Butchers

And opposite the marina is the ice cream farm

Charity Boat Pull

We held a charity boat pull on Friday 25th June in aid of the Starlight children’s charity (brightening the lives of seriously and terminall ill children). The boat pull was in aid of Jack Smith, who had tumour in his right arm removed in December and has been receiving chemotherapy treatment since. Jack is finishing his treatment this month and through the Starlight ‘My Wish and Me’ initiative, Jack has wished for a boating holiday. The purpose of the boat pull was to raise money for Jack’s holiday.... MORE
